WEBSITE MANAGEMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any client who signs up to the Wixworks Web Management Plan will be known as “user”.

​

The Wixworks Web Management Plan will be known as “WWMP”. 

​

Wixworks will be known as either “the business” or “Wixworks”

 

The WWMP entitles the user up to 3 hours of website administration/management  per month at a cost of £95 or more for a large or eCommerce site.

​

Payments must be made in advance of any works to be completed.

​

Any additional work over and above the allotted 3 hours will be billed separately at a discounted £30 per hour if all allotted hours have been taken up.

​

There is no allowance to roll over any unused time to the following month. If the time isn't used during the current month then it will elapse.

​

To access the WWMP the user will pay £95 per month for a non-eCommerce website via a Paypal recurring payment system set up on the Wixworks website namely, www.wixworks.co.uk.

​

Any work to be carried out is driven by the client/website owner. 

Any admin/management required in the first month will be processed within 48 working hours of the initial monthly fee being received dependent on current workloads at the time.

​

Wixworks working hours are from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

​

Wixworks reserve the right, at any time, to extend the duration that any website admin/management processing starts if it deems that the business and its resources are at full capacity when a processing request is received.

 

Wixworks will communicate this to the customer via email or by telephone.

​

Wixworks reserve the right to increase the monthly and hourly cost of any future works and will give the user 60 days’ notice of any such increase by way of an email.

​

The user can cancel their recurring payment at any time by giving notice to Wixworks via email. 

Work will be carried out for the remainder of the month (Maximum of 30 days after the final payment is made).

The user must notify Wixworks at least 5 working days prior to the next payment being due to allow for administration of 

cancellation to take place.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wixworks will complete work within the initial brief and will amend initial designs or designs to a customers satisfaction as long as the changes are minimal and within reason. Wixworks do not offer endless amendments.

Wixworks may charge extra for changes or additions that fall outside the initial brief.

Wixworks do not offer coding but do use an intermediary if coding is required. As outside resources are a paid for service we would reasonably expect to pass this cost on to the client when completing the project.

Wixworks are not responsible for Wix.com not offering or providing a process , service or widget (App) that the client requested.

In most cases Wixworks will attempt to find a workaround but are not responsible for it's function or outcome if it falls outside the initial expectation of the client.

Wixworks do not guarantee when a project will be completed but will do everything possible to ensure that the completion is within a reasonable timescale depending on overall workloads.

Wixworks charge a deposit equaling 50% of the initial agreed cost of works (invoiced) with the balance payable upon completion.

Paying the initial deposit confirms that you agree with the above terms and conditions.
